  SCAMMING CUSTOMERS - Sold customers projects with software versions that had known, crippling bugs while fixed revisions already existed. Would then upsell them "upgrades" to new versions, or additional utilities to manage the issues, all at a large additional cost.- Routinely provided quotes to customers that did not include features the customer discussed needing with sales team, keeping quote low. After initial install was finished and training was done, customer would ask about feature, and which point we'd pitch the upsell.MANIPULATING EMPLOYEES - Told me I had to become a contractor to keep my job during family's military service relocation, due to "state tax reasons." The 2009 Military Spouses Residency Relief Act makes that not true, but employer ignored that. Was encouraged to falsify the details of the position when creating invoices as contractor, in order to hide the fact that I had the exact same responsibilities as when I was a salaried employee.DISCRIMINATION - In 2022 I informed management that I required surgery and physical therapy appointments for a disability Id had my entire life (diagnosed officially in 2007), and which theyd known about since my hiring. 2 hours after sharing those details, I was terminated. Prior to that I had been given several raises, projects, and affirmations of expanding roles up until expressing a medical need.- In the office, several non-Caucasian team members were often incorrectly addressed by each other's names, given European-heritage nicknames instead, etc. I cant keep you guys straight was a common sentiment expressed amidst awkward laughter. I never had an issue remembering their names, identifying them correctly, or laughed at these situations.
