    We bought shipping containers from this joke of a company. When going to pick them up, the people at the depot continued to tell us they had no containers for that release. Called and emailed countless times, no answer BUT they continued to send us there inventory list, which SHOCKER, they claimed to have had containers in the same spot they told us. We eventually got to talk with a different salesman for bulk container group only due to acting interested in the inventory they claimed they had. Once he responded we explained what had went on and not received any containers or our refund (couple thousand dollars). He acted interested and said he would help. A couple days later he sent an email that blatantly said they just didnt have the money to pay us back, yet they are still selling a containers. This company is full of cowards and holds no integrity. Upon talking to multiple of our other suppliers they also have had problems with bulk container group. I assure you they are absolutely not out for your best interest.

    We were a customer of **********************. We purchased some 20' units out of ******** and the depot told us continually they didn't have them. We reached out to our salesman and he told us we would be getting a refund. It has been 2 months and still no refund. We have email and called. At first he would answer but now nothing.
