      We moved into a new apartment and tried us cellular internet, receiving a us cellular internet box. We were told when we got it that the internet should work in our area after giving them our address. The internet wouldnt stop buffering. Nothing would load. Being a loyal customer, I brought the box in to exchange it for a new one. The internet still didnt work. This whole ordeal happened in less that the 30 days given to be able to return the box. Go to return the box and they say they cant help us and we have to PAY for the piece of ****, even though Im already paying 200$ a month for two phone lines. They are absolute crooks and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Stay away

      I received a new phone at US CELLULAR at the location listed above in September of 2023. The store manager was working. He had me leave my old phone and new phone at the store and had me leave while everything was transferred to my new phone. I didnt think this was weird until after the fact. I learned he could have informed me that I could transfer the stuff over myself and I would not have had to leave the store for an hour with him having access to all of my information. After everything was all said and done and the bill was received, it appeared insurance and a hotspot was added on to my plan without my knowledge. This was not verbally discussed and also was not on the plan I previously had with them. I also do not remember signing anything. US cellulars main line was contacted to inquire about this concern and get the insurance and hot spot taken off, but was informed I needed to go back into the store that set the phone up. I went back into the store early October. I recorded the interaction. The same store manager was working. I informed him of the things that were added on to my plan that him and I did not discuss. I also asked him to see the documents I signed as I dont remember signing anything. There were three signatures. I know I did not sign three times. None of the sections that had signatures were verbally discussed with me. I am concerned he scammed me by adding things on to my plan without my knowledge. I am concerned that he is the store manager and Is likely scamming others. He said I would be credited on my next bill. I am also concerned that he has priced my phone *************** higher than average.

      Closed account because of POOR service.Forced me to pay over $400 for a router to do so.
