    On the dates of May 10th and 11th, 2025, the neighbor hired a tree company, All American Arborists LLC to take down a tree that was close to my property in *********. I gave permission for them to drive their pickup truck with a lift onto my driveway. I did not give permission to drop the tree debris into my yard, which they did. In dropping the tree, a huge chunk of tree cracked off tar from the edge of my driveway, as well as the machine they had also cracked off another edge. On May 12th, 2025 I directly showed the owner of the tree company the damage. He said he'd take care of it. I talked to the neighbor about the damage and he said to get an estimate. On May 16th, 2025, I texted the estimate to both phone numbers of the tree company. I tried to call both numbers and no one answered and the mail box was full. On May 30th I contacted the neighbor which said he'd contact the tree guy and I also called the tree guy, this time he answered. That phone call was 1 minute and 4 seconds. He said he would be there in a week to repair it. I asked who was repairing it? He said he was, I then said no, a professional is going to repair the driveway. He said that's why he's not communicating with me, and hung up on me. The tree guy and the neighbor think the tree guy can repair the broken driveway, even though the tree guy in no way is licensed to do such a repair. I then started getting texts from the tree guy that were way out of line. I asked for the tree guys insurance information, he accused me of asking for private personal info and harassing him. The estimate I have is for $700.00 which is quite reasonable. You cant go to the hardware store and buy cold tar and only fix the corner and edges. It's is now compromised and such a cheap repair one, it will just break away over time. I am requesting the dollar amount of $700.00 to repair what they broke. I am also filing a complaint that this tree company does not have the ** required insurance, liability and bond.
