    Chris walked off the job breaching our contract and after I paid him a large amount of money for work that was not completed. He is also having invoices sent to me for items such as the porta potty rental, dumpster rental, crane rental and was ordering materials under my account from the lumberyard without my consent. He also had the foundation poured incorrectly (2 foot too big) and was to take care of all expenses to take care of this issue which he did not take care of.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I have all pictures, digital correspondences and recorded conversations that prove he did not complete the work he was paid for which is fraud. Chris is also having all invoices sent to me that are his responsibility based on the legal binding contract that we both signed and also is proof of breach of contract. Chris is also telling other sub contractors to bill me for more than the quotes based on decisions he made without consulting the homeowner which are all documented and so they can give him the additional money as a kickback. He has told the subcontractors to not complete work on the jobsite even though they have already been paid a down payment with little to no work being done to date. He also had the foundation poured incorrectly by 2 feet which screwed up the entire layout of the floor plans and left a huge mess to clean up along with ordering materials under my account at the lumber yard without consent. Chris Jones and ************************* tried to cover up all of the concrete issues which again was all recorded proving they are both full of lies and deceit. It's a shame that this dishonest coward would rather run and hide than to be a man and take care of what he committed to and to take accountability for what he messed up. The world has no place for this type of scam artist.
