I found a 13x15 gazebo on marketplace for $1400 well below the $2600 store price. After contacting person on marketplace I went to store where they sold it the half price liquadation in cudahay. I was told I had to pay cash for item as it was sold on marketplace in which I thought was odd as they are a actual store. They put it on my trailer and I drove back home. They next day I was going to start assembling as I had surgery scheduled the next week and wanted it up ASAP. When I opened the box to look at instructions they gave me a 11x13 gazebo only worth $1500 (not worth my drive after gas and not what I bought) I called him immediately and he said he would check warehouse to find it. I informed him of my surgery and I need to exchange now before I cant drive that far due to restrictions. He got back to me end of week and said they dont have but would be getting another truck in or would give me $200 back. I didnt want the small size or the different style it was. He didnt get back to me till after my surgery and said he didnt get any more in and bring it back for a refund. I said I couldnt till June as I had my surgery and my restrictions. I did go down on June 13 and was told by the manager ****************** the salesman was on vacation till July and so he cant return it as he knew nothing about it. He then said he would check if any came in and call me back. The next week I called again, ***** said now *** was back on Fri and would call me. He never did so I called the next week and spoke to ***** he said he would let *** know again to get back to me. With again no call I called again on July 12 I spoke to ***** and he screamed at me hes not taking it back, that *** sold the company to someone else and no longer works there. I said if its called Eddies in name of business than what part does he own and he hung up. They took my money gave me a much less valued item and have been giving me run around so I cant return it.
