    April 28th 2023 i signed a contract With splash custom pools and spas to plaster my pool and put in an updated light. I put down $10,000 cashiers Check over half the money so they could put me on the schedule. *************************** said in email it would be July or August **** could make it out to do the work. I called in july they told me 2 weeks a crew would be over. **** didnt call or show i had to call them. Then they told me August. Same thing didnt call or show i called them. Then a couple other times between aug and oct they told me they would be out. Never showed. October i sent *************************** a text she told me for sure they would be out in october. I text and said if nobody shows by October 23rd i need a refund this is poor customer service. October 24th *************************** emailed me, told me they cant make it and he knows i been texting with ***** about a refund and they can refund me all i have paid them. Spring 2023 i had splash email me a quote and measure for a custom cover. I never signed the cover quote, i picked out a cover color and they were to let me Know when it was time to order in September/october so i could sign the quote and put the money down for cover. **** never contacted me on it. I text ***** in october and asked her what was going on with the cover that had to be ordered? Nobody got back to me. I was then emailed by ***** telling me he knows i was texting with ***** about refund and they could refund all i paid on october 24th because they cant make it out now this year. Then November 7th they called and told me cover was here. I said i just told you i wanted a refund i never signed the cover quote or put money down for it. The cover was to only be ordered if plaster and light was complete to help protect it. Now *************************** wants to take over $3,000 out for custom cover of my $10,000 plaster and light money. Contract was for plaster and light not cover. i disputed 2 other amounts i paid them on credit card. So they still owe $10,000 refund
