    Milakovich Roof Maintenance, Inc completed shingling a portion of the roof over the front show case windows of a 100+ year-old museum this spring. Because of the age of the building, it was difficult finding a roofer. I met Jason when he was roofing my neighbor's house. I told him about the age of the building and he was willing to inspect the roof and return for an evening meeting to share his findings with the museum's officers and board-of-directors. At that meeting, he explained the issues and what he might find when he tore off the old shingles. He and his crew were pleasant to work with and Jason kept in contacted with us whenever he ran into a problem. After removing 5 layers of shingles he found a rotten wooden roof. Jason took the time to repair all the rotten boards and then finished putting on the new shingles. During a spring storm the wind blew off a panel of the metal siding where he was working. Since he still had his equipment there he ordered the replacement metal sheet and installed it. After a season of rain there was no dripping water from the ceiling and our displays remained dry. The board will definitely contact him when it is time to replace the remainder of the roof.

    Jason and his crew did an AWESOME job on my roof !! Jason did my neighbors roof and I was so impressed with the work and professionalism that I had him do my roof. One thing that impresses me with a contractor that I never met before is after you meet with them the first time, they communicate with you prior to showing up to do the work !! A plus I would only recommend Milakovich roofing to do my friends roofs or anyone who asks. Everyone on his crew were friendly and courteous to me and did a great job cleaning up after. Don't waste your time and money on a contractor that says they can do your roof in a day, call Jason and you will be happy, I am !!  *************************

    ***** and his crew did a great job on our roof. It looks awesome! He is very detail oriented and let us know there were issues with our bathroom fan not venting correctly. ***** took it upon himself to fix it right away which we really appreciated. I don't think others would have done the same. He asked us where to park equipment -what worked best for us. I would recommend Milakovich Roof Maintenance and will definitely use them in the future!

    Milakovich Roof Maintenance Inc  just replaced our roof after hail damage. They did an amazing job - the best quality. The attention to detail is so thorough. Jason and his crew do a great job from set up to clean up. Easy to work with. This is the second roof we have had Milakovich Roof Maintenance Inc do for us at two different properties over 15 years. I highly recommend them.

    I would highly recommend Milakovich to anyone needing roof repairs. Jason and his team did a great job and our new roof looks great. He is friendly and easy to work with, giving us honest feedback about what did/didn't need to be done with our roof. He kept the yard clean each day. The price was fair and reasonable.

    We have an awesome new roof thanks to Jason and his crew! Jason made everything seamless for us from the first inquiry through completion of the project. He is easy to work with and communicated well; he noticed a soffit that needed fixing and took care of it. Jason and his crew are friendly and hard-working; they work well together and did a great job cleaning up throughout the day. We would highly recommend Jason and would be happy to work with him again.

    We are returning customers of Milakovich Roof Maintenance. He did an EXCELLENT job on our house roof a few years ago. We had major storm damage to our garage roof with the storms that came through in June and the whole roof needed to be replaced. Though Jason had a full schedule he made the time to come out to the house, see what needed to be done and fit us in in-between his already full schedule! He gives good and fair estimates up front, no BS or yanking ya around once he gets into the project. He does quality work, no cutting corners or doing spotty patch jobs! It's done right the first time and the finished product looks AMAZING! Jason and his crew were very respectful of our property always cleaning up their job site when they were done for the day. If you are looking for a roofing contractor with excellent communication skills, and quality work done right and on time look no further than Milakovich Roof Maintenance!
