My husband and I decided during the pandemic to finish our basement. We completed the first half ourselves in 2021; a playroom/entertainment area and a home office. This year we decided to finish the other half, but this we knew we couldn’t do on our own with all the new and complicated plumbing. After some research we ended up calling Hooper Service for both the HVAC and plumbing work. The HVAC work needed was minimal, but they listened to us and quickly installed venting and returns exactly where we specified and worked around some tight unconventional spaces to make sure we had adequate exhaust fans in the bathroom. The plumbing work was a bit more extensive, a whole new full master bath with steam shower. To start, they had to relocate the original floor drain, relocate the toilet and add plumbing for 2 sink areas. We also wanted a steam shower. With Hooper’s guidance, I was able to spec and order our steam generator & components and Chris, our plumber, did such an amazing job figuring out and installing the generator and the mess of plumbing that goes along with it. He integrated it perfectly into the existing main waste stack, and frankly it’s a piece of art! We’re waiting on tile to be finished off for them to come back and install the rest of the fixtures, but we’ve been so pleased so far with the services we’ve received. The level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. I suppose 110 years in business locally says something. I am glad we called Hooper Service, I trust their work, and I can trust their reputation, and would 100% call them again for our next project. I would absolutely recommend you consider them for yours.

5 starsHooper's Service team recently assisted our family with a furnace clean & check. Every part of the process was professionally executed, from scheduling the appointment to the day of service. The technician was especially respectful of our home, and wore protective foot coverings and face mask during his visit. He was extremely knowledgeable about our heating and cooling system and patient with our questions. At the end, we opted to sign up for Hooper's Home Comfort program, which was offered without pressure or obligation. It seems like a great opportunity to save money and ensure priority service when needed in the future. We appreciated the level of quality products and service options our technician provided, and we will definitely use Hooper in the future for all of our residential HVAC and plumbing needs.Review fromRyan K

I own a business and have been using Hooper's services since 2012. I love them, and they are my go-to local contractor for plumbing and fire suppression. They always immediately answer my calls and emails on the first try, and are quick to get me the help I need. My favorite part has been the tradesmen I have met. True craftsmen and professionals. The guy who helped us with some water glycol projects during our startup buildout I would request by name for years after until he retired. Other folks go out of their way to teach me and help me think through a project. Everyone has always gone out of their way to help us with our mission. Just the latest story was a week ago we had our 50 year old underground water main rupture and start flooding our business. My initial email for help went out at 11:30pm, and at 6am the next morning I had a response with someone on site an hour later. Days later a new main was designed and installed. We will continue to turn to Hooper first.Hooper
