    Took a 10k deposit and abandoned project after 1 month. Ceased all communication and did not return money. Did not do work up to code and I failed building inspection. Had to go to small claims court.

    Avoid this place at all costs. *************************** scammed us out of $3500 and another lady out of $38,000. We paid him the deposit in cash and he never showed up again. He came up with every excuse including deaths in the family, child being sick, needs to go sign papers up north. He is a compulsive liar who is really not a good person. He does NOT have an LCC. Its been in default.
