    Jim **************** quoted us for a window installation & when we chose him he emailed us Thanks for choosing us. Wed begin work after the window arrives. Please keep me updated & we will fit you in late April or early May. When the window arrived I contacted him. He was out of town & emailed Ill reach out & schedule your window when I return. He didnt. We made several phone calls trying to schedule a date. He was “busy”, “fell asleep”, was “just heading into a meeting” & would call back. He didn’t. We called & asked when he would schedule us & he actually hung up on me. You cannot trust what he says. He is the most unprofessional, rude contractor I’ve ever met.
