Wife called this company not know much about rules of towing. She was told it was illegal to change a tire on the side of the freeway. It's not according to the ***. They told her they had to take her back to there shop once the car was on the tow truck. The driver stopped at the ************** right off the freeway but the owner told him know. That he had to come back to the yard with it towing the car 10 miles for a simple tire change. Then charged her for a tow and tire change. The only good thing was the driver was very polite. If I were you I would never call this place. They are not part of the *************************. They rip people off.

Unprofessional and embarrassing experience from this company. This is a legit reviewed that happened on March 19th. Came out to my car being towed at 9am in broad day light and was told that the car will only be dropped if I pay right then and there. Asked the driver for his supervisor, he says "I'm the owner I don't care", find out from security who was watching him tow my car, his name is *****. Continue to tell him I'll pay then whatever, money isn't the issue, its the power trip and how the business is conducted that is so unprofessional. Simply ask do you take apple pay, it's 2024? He said no only card. I said I will go grab a card from my apartment on the 4th floor, because obviously my wallet or credit card isn't just sitting in my car, why would it be in my car?***** the owner tells me to go grab a card for payment since he does not take apple pay. Go back to my apartment to get my card and come back down to the parking spot and my car gone. Everyone understands the towing business and how scum it is just to be able to get money, it happens everywhere but this is embarrassing coming from a grown 50 year old adult to a mid 20 year old adult.Continue to go pickup my car at their location of their "impound" with a few witnesses for safety. Random building with no markings in the back of a parking lot. The owner isn't even there, just a 20 something year old male worker. After telling me I need to get a credit card, I show up and I am told by the 20 year old kid "Cash only by OWNER" and he starts getting loud and aggressive. Just so embarrassing, haven't seen this level of unprofessionalism in such a long time.It goes from not taking apple pay, to saying go grab a credit card, to taking my car away, now its Cash only. Which is it?Lastly, get the cash and being told to sign a waiver that says they are not responsible for anything or liable. Not required to sign anything.
