5 starsGreat experience working with Jared and his crew! Very competitive pricing compared to some of the other companies with big showrooms and commercials. He did not try to upsell me and provided good information on the windows. Install was smooth and his crew was very professional. Highly recommend’Review fromSarah W

5 starsJared and his team replaced the windows and two of the storm doors in our house. They did excellent work for a fair price. After getting quotes from several other contractors, we were grateful for Jared's guidance and expertise in helping us to select the right windows and getting them installed. It was a pleasure working with Jared and his team.Review fromJennifer P

Where do I start?? I had a patio door installed in October and it’s still not done. The patio door wasn’t ordered right to open on the opposite side as I requested. When the installers were here in October to install the windows and doors, they were missing the $1200 round top trim that was included in my quote, for two windows. It finally came in eight weeks later and it wasn’t the right size. I was told by the window manufacturer that because it wasn’t ordered on the same order as the Windows (the error someone made to leave it off, despite my quote including it) it was ordered to the exact size with no play allowed for the reveal. Had it been ordered with the Windows, they would’ve taken that reveal into account. Of course, weisner requested payment before I had even gotten everything I had ordered. I called Jared right before New Year’s and told him of the issue. He was suppose to call me and come out to my home to look at the issue after the new year- he never got back to me. I then realized that there was something wrong with my patio door and that there was extremely cold air coming through it. I contacted the window manufacturer who sent out their account manager, and he said that a bottom piece of the door was not put on during install and the side molding was not put on the door correctly. They knew the issues I had with the installer and the window distributor so they had their warranty person come out. I contacted Jared and told him of the issue. I sent him pictures where you can clearly see what was missing on the sides. He ignored everything I said and lied and said that he had called Provia and they said his team had done nothing wrong. I called Provia and the account manager and they had no record of Jared ever calling and they make a record every time someone calls. I emailed and called Jared and he never bothered to get back to me. Stay away from this company. I now do not have trim for my window and out just 1200 bucks.Weiser Windows & Door, LLC

A great place to start would be the truth. I normally wouldn't waste my time with something like this but this is a little too far. The real issue is between her and the distributor but through multiple failed attempts to leave bad reviews and getting rejected, she came after us. This was the SECOND time she hired us to do work for her and she fails to mention some of the round top trim was ordered for the 1st job months after it was completed (they were originally going to do a drywall return) and her family member was/is doing all the interior trim. Simple shimming would have fixed her problem which I was considering going out to take a look at until she she continued to talk bad about everyone involved in this. Again, we had nothing to do with installing the trim, I was just going to give her advise. Also I can guarantee she did not pay anything for the trim (the cost was suppose to be included in her quote but somehow it was left off from the supplier, we ended up paying for it and she knows this via emails). As far as me calling the manufacturer about the patio door, I never said I did, I reached out to the *** through business associates. In my experience, manufacturers only come out to fix things when it's their fault and that is the case here, again, it had nothing to do with installation. I also have a an email that was sent to her before anything was ordered describing the slide of the patio door to avoid any confusion. If anyone reading this has any concerns, I'd gladly show you my emails proving my points.Jennifer P

I Do NOT accept his response. I have an email of him stating he contacted the manufacturer and he was told he was not at fault. The manufacturer came out as a goodwill gesture because they knew the issues I had with the installer My quote included the trim, I am happy to supply that. Therefore, if the trim was included in the quote- It was paid for by the customer. . Hes also not admitting he ordered the trim the wrong size so I couldnt pay someone to install it as it was incorrect. If I could post pictures here you could see that the door is missing He was considering coming out. He told me he would come out. I did NOT post any bad reviews until he straight up ghosted my emails. Very professional, much like his response here. Stay away.Review fromDon D

5 starsI used Weiser Windows & Door for an install of a Provia entry door and sidelights. From the time Jared first came out for the initial estimate to to final installation the entire process was hassle free. His price was very competitive and on the day of installation his 3 person crew showed up on time and ready to work. Big complements have to go out to his employees - they were super friendly, very knowledgeable and happily answered any stupid questions I may have had. Throughout the process, from demo/prep to install, they kept me informed of what they were doing and finished very close to the original time estimate. On completion, they did a super job of clean-up and took every piece of debris from the old door unit. They actually may have left the inside of the house and front porch cleaner than it was before their arrival. I think you always hope that a contractor does what they promised for the price that was agreed on. My comments are based not only on having a company do what was promised - they're also based on a company providing outstanding customer service and high quality installation services. I've never used Weiser before but they would be my first choice for any future door/window projects that I might haveReview fromSuzanne S

5 starsWhat a relief to have my new Marvin windows installed by Tim and his crew. During the winter months Jared Weiser came to my home to provide a quote to replace a four panel bay window with three Marvin windows. He completely understood my goal to restore the front of my house to its original design and provide energy efficiency. My windows were installed so carefully with regard for the product and my home. The crew was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Weiser Windows and Doors. I am very grateful for their superior workmanship.Review fromRick P

5 starsI worked through ****** ****** ****** *** **** to purchase Marvin windows. They set me up with an installation contractor, who could not do the "big windows". They set me up with Weiser (Jared *) for the big windows. I wish I had just worked with Weiser. Jared and the team were awesome. They were willing to take on the work the original contractor messed up. They masterfully installed some very large windows over an exposed basement (so essentially third floor). Their workmanship was impeccable, pricing was fair and direct. I will be using them again for some remaining work in the future and recommend them without reservation.Review fromJim M

5 starsAfter getting 6 quotes for 16 full window replacements at my house in ******, my wife and I chose Weiser Window & Door. Not only did I feel I was talking to someone who knew what they were doing, but Weiser’s price was on point for what I had expected to pay for the project. The small team of installers were polite, clean and efficient. As another rating below says - there is a reason why they are the preferred installs for Lisbon Storm and Screen in the Lake Country area. I couldn’t agree more. Don’t waste your time with the window and door company’s who spend loads of money on advertising. Jared and his team at Weiser will treat you much better.Review fromJames M
