This complaint goes back to when we first got our house delivered back in 2021 and had multiple issues with the interior as well as the exterior of the home. There were 3 pages of repairs to be fixed. The issue we are still having with this company is for them to fix our walk in shower. The company had tried to send out multiple contractors to fix the job and they all have failed. They had tried to fix the grout around the bottom of the shower because it was cracked all around. Within a few days the cracks come back. The walls are discolored and I can assure that water had gotten behind the walls and under the bottom floor panel because of this problem. They have grinded spots down to the bare metal, the step when you enter the shower is not centered, the grout around the window looks like a child did it. The grout has changed colors and looks horrible. When you pay extra for something in a home it should be quality work. We have had a few people look at the shower and said that the issue needs to be fixed from underneath, due to bracing before the grout can be fixed, there is too much give in the flooring plate. They did offer to pay a settlement which was a joke. In order for this to be fixed correctly would cost more and they are not willing to pay a real contactor to finally fix the problem. I have pictures and emails dating which would not load into this complaint

    Business Response

    Date: 08/30/2024

    Dear Homeowner,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We acknowledge that the initial repairs have not met your standards and regret that our previous efforts did not fully resolve the problem.  Since these previous attempts, the shower floor has been fully supported by a fiberglass tub professional.  Now that the shower floor is supported, we are confident after replacing the cracked grout this will be the long-term solution you expect.
As mentioned during our conversation on August 21, 2024, we are committed to sending a qualified technician to address these issues with the shower.
Please let us know a convenient time for our technician to visit your home.
Again, we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues to your satisfaction. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
    Sincerely,
