    I used to be happy with the poultry and customer assistance that I received from them, however they are not thought of too highly at this time. I placed and paid for an order for broilers from them in June and never received my paid order. I understand that they are having some issues but it appears they don't care about solving problems for their customers. I have sent several emails that have all gone unanswered. I have tried to call but their phone lines appear to be disconnected.I would not advise anyone to do business with these people.

    I am complaining about Purely Poultry. I just lost $150 on an order I never received. I know they are having issues, but I cannot afford to just give them my money. I have sent emails but get no response. I had an issue before when I got dead ducklings but they refunded my money. I only returned to them because I was happy with some goslings I ordered. I am not happy now!
