    Received a bill with no details, nothing about how much the charges were, and what actually occurred. Meetings billed to us that we were not aware were happening. Requested that no negotiations be made on our behalf without collective agreement regarding my *********** and probate. ***************** brought in a third party real estate agent who is friends with one of our family members and **** **** is not a beneficiary or personal representative to my fathers will. ******* the probate clerk wanted to discuss our estate with her father, ***** ******* for advice as he is a real estate agent and we are being charged for that. Misrepresentation: a letter was created on our behalf without discussion between the parties actually responsible for the probate and real estate of ***** ******* ****** will. Nothing was actually done or filed regarding the probate for my dads will. Charged for decisions, letters and conversations that we don't have any documentation for, and we never authorized to have happen on our behalf. The probate clerk informed me that she would be reaching out to her dad, ***** *******. I asked that no decisions be made on our behalf. When she followed up with me, she said here is what we came up with take it or leave it. Again, I was not informed that we would be charged for the probate clerk ******* to reach out to her dad for advice. Note: there was never an agreement drafted with a full disclosure of the fees they would be charging even after I asked several times. And lastly there is a charge for ***** ****. This could have been an error on their part, however, when *** ****, my uncle stopped by their office with questions regarding the bill for the probate of ***** ******* ****** estate they blew him off. Our issue here is that we never actually received any of the services they told us they could provide and now we are being charged for things we never asked for.
