Living at T******* ***** apartment complex has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Here’s why you should think twice before moving here: 1. Nonexistent Soundproofing The walls between the upper and lower levels might as well be made of cardboard. You can hear everything from your neighbors—privacy is nonexistent. I’ve lived in other properties and never encountered such horrendous soundproofing. It’s clear that corners were cut during construction. 2. Overpriced for What You Get For the amount you pay in rent, the quality of living here is unacceptable. The poor construction, lack of privacy, and neglect of the property make it clear that this complex is massively overpriced. 3. Poor Property Maintenance The property is nestled in the woods, but don’t be fooled by the setting. The access road is a dirty, muddy, unpaved mess, which leaves the grounds constantly messy. During the winter, snow removal is poorly managed, leaving residents to navigate dangerous and slippery conditions. 4. Noise Issues and Unhelpful Management Thanks to the lack of soundproofing, your neighbors’ activities will constantly disturb you. When you report noise complaints to property management, they either dismiss your concerns or tell you to “work it out with your neighbors.” Their indifference adds to the frustration and makes living here unbearable. 5. All Management Cares About is Rent The management company clearly prioritizes collecting rent checks over addressing the concerns of their paying tenants. Whether it’s noise, maintenance, or snow removal, they show no interest in providing a livable experience for residents. If you value privacy, cleanliness, and responsive management, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is overpriced and underwhelming. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Dear **** - Your feedback is important to us. We understand if there is confusion regarding the charges related to your break lease. When you decided move out a couple months before your 12-month lease term expired, we communicated that you would be responsible for rent payments until the lease term ended or until the unit was re-rented. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected to secure a new tenant for the unit. Despite considerable marketing efforts we attempted at length to get your unit rented ASAP, including but not limited to rent concessions, shorter lease terms, and advertising the listing on more websites than we typically only advertise on **************. Hopefully this alleviates some of your concerns about our efforts to go above and beyond to rent your break lease unit as quick as *********** per our policy, your security deposit was applied toward your outstanding rent, leaving the remaining balance that we addressed on your final invoice. Please know that we only billed you for the actual charges that your unit accrued including final utility bills and rent through the end of your lease *******'s unfortunate that we don't have any work orders or other maintenance records during your stay with us regarding the issues of noise, unhelpful service, or your property access. In fact, you are the first complaint weve had about noise and we will keep this in mind to improve. If there were any issues we could have helped resolve during your residency with us, we certainly would have addressed them promptly. FYI, we have many residents who fill out our maintenance surveys after requests are completed and our average satisfaction rating last year was 4.5 out of 5 stars. In the future as a tenant, we recommend bringing up maintenance concerns immediately with your landlord so they can make efforts to improve things during your stay.If you have further questions or would like to discuss your final charges in more detail, please dont hesitate to reach out to us at **************. We strive to provide excellent service and do business fairly beyond the requirements of state landlord/tenant laws, and we want to ensure you have clarity on any remaining matters.
