      Bought a new helmet and some other gear today spent over 500 the heated shield on the helmet didnt work. They wouldnt swap it or exchange the helmet all this transpired within 2 hours of purchase . Spoke to counter lady who then asked the manager and their fix was they told me to buy another helmet or send it into 509 beware if something isnt working they wont stand behind it Also they act like they were going to solve the problem on the ****** reviews with no response to my email after over a week

      Hello. Thank you for the opportunity to explain. I have tried to attach several photos of signs that we have on helmet display but it is not allowing me to attach. This customer purchased a helmet/shield combo from us after asking if we had extra *******. We did/do not have extra ******* as we have already sold out for the season. A short time after purchasing the customer called us to inform us that his shield was not working. We offered to assist him testing the shield and possibly exchange if the helmet was not worn or in saleable condition. The customer did not return to the store. He has to go direct with the manufacturer support online to fill and submit a form or to a dealer that has a shield.
