    Terrible customer service. The "kid" that showed up was very cocky with a mightier than thou attitude. We were quoted a price and then when he got here said it didn't include the work he was doing today. That was just the price to install the new toilet and had nothing to do with removing the old toilet. Charged over $600 just to remove the toilet and move the very small vanity out of the way so the flooring could be installed. Then it would cost $670 for him to come back and install the new toilet. That quote didn't include hooking the sink and vanity back up, so that would cost even more. Outrageous prices and outrageous attitude. He charged us for 1 1/2 hours labor when he was only here 55 minutes. If I could give zero stars, I would. Found someone else to bring a new toilet, install it and put the vanity back in place for $260.
