    Gave an estimate that was acceptable for repair. When I scheduled the repair the price Jumped a full third or doubled depending on what they found.The estimate was made with out looking fully at my vehicle. When the correct person looked at the vehicle after I scheduled the repair is when the price jumped. I had accepted the insurance payment, expecting I had enough money to fix my vehicle. With what I was told I had no other option but to total my vehicle and accept the price the insurance company offered. I was not able to discuss the comparable vehicles the were using. Speaking to management produced only words. I understand that in giving an estimate there are other things that come up unseen parts that break and or are broken that can't be seen. However in my case my vehicle wasn't moved, just looked at by another employee. If the person making the estimate can't do it properly, then why let them put the estimate to paper. The response from the business simply words and no action.

    Good Evening ****. Im sorry your experience. Reviewing the initial estimate compared to the final bill it appears that we had to replace 4 sensors that was a total of ****** and when those sensors were replaced they had to be calibrated.. The sensors were determined that there was an issue when we preformed a prescan on the vehicle which helps identify anything that we visually cant see.
