    Terrible customer service. Customer service emails did not identify who is writing the email. I ordered a canopy and it did not come with poles which is what broke. I was not told there were no poles. The person on the phone was condescending and rude. I was told in several emails I could not return this product however on the main website it states all returns are accepted no questions asked. I am a disabled Veteran of the United States Navy and a senior citizen. I felt like I was being lied to. Finally when I spoke to a customer service manager who said the same thing and then I asked who the CEO was, your manager of customer service then agreed to accept the return however at my expense and I would be refunded . This was insulting and disrespectful. You customer service staff need to be retrained in customer service - treating people with respect and abiding by the company rules stated on the front page of the website.
