    My order is ******, I ordered on May 3. They still have not processed it yet. I do not like that they dont provide tracking information and take 15 days to ship (3) little Basket Lids for 6-cup Percolator. If this is not shipped by next week, I will file a chargeback. Thank you!

    We were able to connect with the customer via phone and confirm that the order was processed and had been shipped. We also asked that if the customer does not receive the order within the noted 15 business days to contact us for further investigation and resolution.

    I bought a popcorn maker on 05/02/22. On 07/09/23, it started smoking and the motor broke. I believe this violates Section ***** of ******************* code: Implied Warranty: Merchantability; Usage. On 07/09/23, I asked them to replace our repair the product and they said they would not.

    We received notice from the consumer. We are continuing conversation with the consumer in attempt to recover unit for inspection and subsequent resolution.
