    Reached out to have carpet installed. When the installer showed up on the scheduled day, he refused to completed the job because the baseboard trim was not in place. After I installed the trim that morning I was unable to get ahold of the installer again that day and neither could the office. He told me he could come back the next day and when he didn't show up, I called the office and they said that they didn't know anything about that. Communication was very poor throughout the whole process and nobody was willing to take accountability.The project manager didn't order the transition piece until the day of the original install date and then ended up ordering the wrong piece to drag this out another week. She insisted that it was my fault because she didn't know that a transition piece was needed until the day of, which couldn't be further from the truth. Again, no accountability or professionalism.The one-day install took 2 weeks to complete, and when I asked for discount, the installer called me to threaten legal action for withholding payment. The whole experience was very frustrating and everyone that I worked with was extremely unprofessional. I'm sure there are some great people there, but I, unfortunately, did not get to work with them.
