    I had a police initiated tow after I went in a ditch landing my vehicle on its side, on the opposite side of road around 630pm. The crash site to the tow company was less than 1.5 miles away. They have not given me an exact price or bill for the ************* fees saying it was going to be over $1,000.00. they also refused to let me get my personal items from my vehicle. I have attempted to go there 2 times to get my belongings & billing info, but have been denied each time. I have made 6 or 7 calls to get billing info & make arrangements to get my personal items, being denied every time. 2 comments that were made to me over the phone by **************** were "I have a truck payment over $200,000 that needs to be paid" & " he left a $120 Valentines dinner. his time is money" I dont think that was appropriate or professional on any level or see how that relates to me as the service date of my tow was Feb 20th 2023. They are taking advantage of me by not allowing me to get personal items from vehicle & not giving me a bill or exact price of storage per day or cost of tow. I have brought this to their **************** still refuse to work with me on any level unless a ****** of $200 is paid for my personal items which incld...keys to my storage/home/vehicle/safe, all credit & debit cards, drivers license, ************* of ************ tools, paperwork with account info on it, clothes & some pet items. this cant be fair & I question the legality of what they're doing.
