      I am writing to express my disappointnent and frustration with my recent stay at Egg Harbor Lodge , Egg Harbor *********. On 6 Aug., between 100pm and 200pm, we were packing when my girl friend noticed her ring and watch were missing from the table.. We searched the entire room with negative results. Wexwent to the office and reported the incident to I believe qas the manager. She told us her computer wasnt working to notify the police. Shocked I stepped outside and dial 911. Door Deputy came out and interviewd ***** and ****** related to him, her 18 karat rdiamond ring was missing, valued at ***** dollars. She further related her ***** watch value at 800 dollars was missing. After interview, deputy went to interview the manager. He came back to us and related he will try to get some suspects and would be in touch with us ib few hours. Few hours later we were met by Deputy and owner, we went to room. Owner asked us did we empty any gar:bage. We said no. He related if.girls were in room they would have emptied garbage. We both asked about cameras and he said there were none.The Deputy said he did a background check on one of the maids and she had no previous arrests. He related he would forward his report to investigations. He gave us victims crime report 23 **** 190. ***** dosent have any receipts for items. The ring was purchased over twenty years ago The watch, purchased about 7 years ago. She still has the xase warranty number and serial for the watch. We took pictures at resturants. Zoom in shows ring and watch which proves we were here. We were in fish Creek. ***** believes she should compensated **** for the ring, and 800 for the watch **** dollars. The ring is old and sentamental to her. There are several red flags. The computer not working to notify the police . No cameras in the lodge. Were the maids working. I told maid we do not need housekeeping this weekend. ***** has been very sick since this incident. *************************** ************
