    Utility Services does not return Phone calls. They try to charge me a $15 late fee. I never got the Feb. bill in the mail. They want everyone to pay online.

    In April I sent in my bill the day after I received it. In May billing I was charged $15.00 late charge. So, I cancelled payment on that check and pay my bill. June bill they charged me $25.00 for no payment on the check I wrote for my April billing. I believe this company is own by the managing company that runs this complex. I see others have similar problems.

    They NEVER return a call. Left several messages for them to call me and it never happens. Lack of integrity.

    Absolute greedy crooks! For whatever reason my payment didnt arrive to them seven days after I received the bill (yeah, they give seven - ten days typically before its due) for the first time ever and they charged a late fee that was equivalent to HALF MY MONTHLY BILL!!!!! This company lacks integrity and their services should not be considered by anyone trying to build a reputable business.
