    On Nov. 28, 2022, I placed an order with ******** In that order was (what I thought) 1 bottle of Karo corn syrup. After placing the order, I noticed the corn syrup was $67.90. I saw a button to cancel the order, so within an hour I did cancel it and ordered 1, ******************************************************** fact canceled. Phew, I was relieved. But on Nov. 29 I got an email telling me my order (for 12, 16 oz bottles = $67.90) was shipped. I told them I canceled the order and what am I going to do with 16 bottles. But on Nov. 30, they said this order had already been shipped & can't be canceled. I told them I canceled that order.I believe it was the next day or 2 later ***** delivered it. I told the driver I canceled this order and to take it back. He left with it.Dec.4 I asked when they are going to refund/credit my card. They said when we get the package. I asked for a return shipping label.Dec. 5 They said "We do not provide return labels".Got an email the package will be relieved tomorrow.I am at my **** end. Please help. Thank you!

    I write on behalf of *************. (d/b/a as a third party vendor on Walmart.com as RocketDSD) in response to the attached complaint, BBB ID# ********.

    The customer did not read the item description carefully before ordering. Thus it was the customer's own fault that the customer ordered an item more expensive (larger quantity) than the customer intended. By the time the customer's request to cancel the order was received, the order had already been shipped. At the customer's request the package was eventually returned by the carrier to e-tailer.

    Despite that e-tailer did nothing wrong and that the situation was entirely the customer's fault, e-tailer has refunded the customer's purchase price.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. But...


    I find it hard to believe that you can process, fill, and ship an order in LESS then 1 hour! Which is when I canceled the order, within 1 hour!

    And NO, it is not all my fault...read the above.

    And, oh gosh, I just love it when a company thinks it can do no wrong!! Not very good for business!!
