    Hi!I had a repair technician out to my house on 11/3/22 to fix my dishwasher. Although my dishwasher is now fixed, the repair technician drilled screws directly through my countertop. The entire countertop now needs to be replaced. The repair technician took pictures and submitted a claim. I called the business on 11/3/22 a few hours later to follow up and was told I needed to wait for the manager to contact me. After no response, I called the company again on 11/8/22 and left a voicemail for the manager. After no response again, I tried calling the company again and was transferred to an unknown line to leave a message. I'm looking for compensation to replace my countertop that was damaged when the service technician was fixing the dishwasher.

    Thanks for letting me know about this problem.  I was made aware of it last week and directed my supervisor to contact you to work through how to resolve the issue.  A lot of businesses still struggle with Covid issues, and we aren't any different.  We have two people out this week, and my supervisor is out running calls.  That doesn't excuse reaching out to you, but it wasn't being ignored.  In fact I thought he had contacted you.  

     

    I will have him reach out to you tomorrow or Friday.  I expect him to be back in the office next week, and suspect he will want to see the issue.  We aren't doubting what happened, and will work with your to find an acceptable solution.  

     

    Please look for his call by the end of this week.
