    I ordered a Yarbo lawnmower from Madison Area Drone Service on Sept 4 of 2024. They are or at least were an authorized ***** dealer. I had to pay in advance to place the order and had my bank wire the money to Madison Area Drone Service. They told me my new lawnmower should be in by mid-November or possibly earlier if they were able to get one from an earlier shipment. November came and went with no Yarbo or update. I sent several emails and placed numerous phone calls. No one ever responded. On February 3rd I received an email from the owner, listing several excuses for the lack of communication. He also told me part of my order was in. It is now May 6th and I have not heard anything from them since. I have called every number they have listed and left messages. I have tried every email address I can find. I have went to their office, 2 hours away, to pick up my partial order only to find the place locked up tight with a faded note on the door saying they were moving, but don't list a new address, or when it will be open, or offer any new contact information to reach them.
