      After bureaucratic frustration at ** ****** and **************** I switched to **** Insurance and decided to see if SSM was any better.Sure enough, it was MUCH better! I scheduled an my first appointment with ****************** ******, set up my MyChart, and immediately discovered a library of overdue preventative blood tests among other things.Not only did I get in with practically zero wait time, but got all the tests done, my psych meds checked, a physical, and a Shingles Vaccine in two visits a week apart! They were able to check insurance coverage for me without me having to deal with a major hassle as I have ASD, anxiety, and panic disorder! I had my OBGYN with Dr. *********************** and my first mammogram two weeks later, and they were very accommodating as well! My bill is already decimated by my insurance pretty quickly too! Keep up the good work! I got all this done in the span of three short weeks! My medical records say it all! Nuff said. Unbelievable!

      My doctor changed my inhaler prescription to an alternative that doesn't work. No consideration was given to the condition that was being treated. Reviewing my options to pursue a medical malpractice lawsuit for failure to treat.

      Sent me to collections without any alert whatsoever. I had asked for my multiple bills to be combined into one. They responded that its not possible and sent me to collections within days without warning. My bill just vanished from Mychart and I get a letter from collections agency a few weeks later. Terrible billing practices.

      SSM Behavioral Health is very abusive. They put in your medical records what should only be in your mental health. And they talk you for a few minutes and add blatantly incorrect information. Avoid ******************* at all costs. I met with her only minutes. After I read her notes, which she posted 4 days AFTER my appointment, that Im delusional and diagnosed me with Schizophrenia. I am in the military; the Navy specifically. I showed her my Military ID. She then put my entire mental health history in my Medical file. Then she lied and said I gave her verbal consent, which I did not. Then she bag an to say everything I told her were lies. Im a domestic violence survivor. I was blinded by my abuser. She said I didnt prove that. Why would I VOLUNTARILY go for mental health services only to lie? So because I explained to her why I have PTSD, pour my heart out to her, only to have her call me a liar and state I have schizophrenia. She has done this in the past to other patients. Apparently, she does this to treat you indefinitely for money. I called patient relations multiple times only to have no one return my calls. A diagnosis of Schizophrenia will put my career, my livelihood at stake. Then she keeps emailing me on MyChart to schedule an appointment with her. And sending me letters in the mail. So after I told her we werent a fit, she’s harassing me. I deserve to find alternate providers if one isnt the right fit. So beware of here. She hurts, not help. Also she’s not a doctor, she’s a nurse practitioner.
