      Over a year ago we attempted to cancel our services for our copy machines with this company. Each time I called I spoke to a different person, each one assuring me cancelation was complete and we would no longer receive a bill however we still did for several more months. I continued to go back and forth with them trying to ensure cancelation was received as we did not ever receive services we needed or the tonner that was supposed to be included. Finally in June of 2024 I received confirmation of the cancelation through email and the employee told me over the phone we no longer had any open statements. This week (3/3/25) I got an email statement from them, 9 months later after hearing nothing, that we still had an unpaid balance. I continue to go rounds with this company to ensure we are closed out and enough is enough. I do not have the time to waste on this and would like this company to get their records and employees organized and on the same page. As a business owner myself I would be embarrassed to operate this way. The point of the matter is we tried several times to cancel, it is not our fault they could not get it right on their end. If they feel we owe, this could easily be written off as a loss to their business and they can let us be and quit harassing us.
