    I am very upset with this company! I purchased a replacement wheel tray for one that had broken and selected the one based of the image it was showing on the website. I paid double the amount in shipping that the piece actually costs and when I received it, it was for the wrong side. So, it's been less than the 30-day return policy and I was just told that in order to return it I would have to pay for the shipping. The piece was $15 and I would have to pay $40 in total shipping costs. Total scam of a company and do no honor their "hassle-free return policy". Everyone save your money and go with another company for a bike rack.

    Spent 3 days for over 8 hours waiting in the que for customer support to answer the phone. Very poor phone support. I guess they went to lunch..

    The rack I bought years ago was a pretty good quality rack, but recently a plastic cam that holds the arm in place broke. Customer support says they can't help because this rack is obsolete and they no longer have parts for it. The rack I bought has a sticker that says it has a lifetime warranty. Asked to speak with a manager, awaiting a call back...

    I had purchased a 4025F SuperClamp EX bike rack from a local dealer a couple of years ago and it was wrecked when I was rear ended sitting at a stop light. I liked that rack and so to replace it ordered a 4025HD SuperClamp HD thru Amazon. When the box arrived it was very beat up and when I opened it up after Christmas one wheel tray was broken, a number of nuts and bolts were missing so I could not assemble it for use. I reviewed my order with Amazon and their hyper links sent me back to Saris giving me their web site and phone number. I have sent 3 e-mails, made 3 phone calls with only one being answered. The 2 unanswered phone calls left me with an answering machine. My request calls have not been returned and no useable response has been received from the e-mails. The one phone call that was answered, the individual answering the call took my information including the purchasing account number and told me she would have someone call me back. The return call has not yet happened. I contacted Amazon this afternoon and they are refunding my money and have arranged for UPS to pick up the damaged rack.
    Given the poor response by Saris, I will use my return money to purchase a bike rack from another company.
