    I just had the worst experience I have ever had with customer service! I have been tanning at Command, what used to be ********** ********, for many years. As my son and I walked in to tan today, the employee working at the counter was someone from my past, and we had a falling out years ago. I did not know she was employed here. I nicely said hi, and waited for her to get our paperwork together. She told me and my son our tanning beds were ready and I said thank you. After tanning, my son and I left the building and her shift must have been over. As she pulled out of the parking lot, she gave me the middle finger. I went back into Command and asked the employee behind the counter for a manager. There was no manager there, so he took my name and number and said someone would be contacting me. About 10 minutes later, the owner called me and was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He accused me of calling his employee a *****, as that is what she told him. I, in no way, shape or form said anything vulgar to her. The only 3 words I said was "Hi" and "thank you". The owner was screaming at me over the phone and told me I could either get along with her or have a 75% refund. I absolutely took the refund, as I knew if I were to go back, she would say something against me that would be untrue again. This owner put a lying employee of a couple of months over a long time customer. If I could rate this place with 0 stars, I absolutely would!!!!
