Car was advertised as 120 point saftey inspected, and I was never informed that the passenger side headlight doesn't work. I have been trying to get them to fix it, but now they are saying it never worked and they won't be able to fix it.

We disclosed on the buyer's guide that the high beam on one of the headlights did not work. We discussed this with the customer and he signed off on the buyer's guide as fully understanding it. We have since worked with the customer to resolve his concern. After consulting with the customer and inspecting the vehicle, the customer requested us to order some parts for the car. We did order the part and they came in. After the parts came in, we tried to get ahold of the customer for 10 days to setup a time for him to come in and he would not respond back to us. We still have the parts and are waiting for the customer to setup a time to come in.Review fromJason F

Purchased a truck today spur of the moment and I must say I am extremely happy with the service that I received today. Not only were they very competitive on their price with a local large dealer. They also gave me a better trade-in price and better interest-rate by a long shot. Anthony was so much a pleasure to work with. Very outgoing very energetic and very good at his job. I even got a hug in the end instead of the typical handshake :-) Great job guys keep up the hard work, and I will continue doing business with you if I ever need a vehicle againIntegrity Motors, Inc.
