    Cutter Vac came to clean our air ducts and check our dryer vent, (March 13, 2024) TWe were told stuff move stuff from vents ***** asked if he was needed, ***** said no he would put washer dryer back. *** was there witness. *** said he going to get done today- talking. Checked vents. Je didn't think the dryer vent needed to be cleaned, Asked should I put pictures back on the shelf I said NO. I did. He said he would hook up the washer dryer. Knelt dryer vent on floor I walked away he was pushing wash machine back. STANDING UP. Talks non stop, Kids, ma, Grandma Packers,birds etc. Shut up keep his mind onbusiness this wouldn't happen. He said all was good to go and he left. He left I started laundry went back in the bedrooms to vacuum, dust and put furniture back. When I came back out into the kitchen there was water on the floor and laundry room. I got the shop vac out and cleaned up the water. I went in the basement , the carpeting in 1 section was soaked. ***** pushed the wash machine back NOT PUTTING THE DRAIN HOSE IN THE ***** Once its' pushed back the drain hose is down by floor and can't be reached. I called Cutter Vac and ** said this doesn't happen very often just call THEIR insurance company, gave me number. ******************* (ins agent) said call Service Master Restore, came out that night (Emergency Call) sucked water in carpeting, set up many fans, dehumidifers upstairs and downstairs. Put tent by soaked carpeted area. Zac meter checked *************** moisture levels to prevent mold. Monday **** pulled equipment. Took etreme measures preventing damage etc. Now you say it's not your fault for something your tech offered to do, even if you say he wasn't supposed to, HE MOVED IT. Service Master ******* says it's 100 % YOUR FAULT they damage something, they pay. Now you want to stick us with a $4,412.15 bill. This is not a good business decision. Not a good business practice in a smaller ***********************************

    Hello,
    Let me first say that I am very sorry that this happened to ***** and ****. That being said however I do not believe that Cutter Vac LLC is liable for damages. **** has told me repeatedly and also made a statement to ***** from ****************** his side of the story which is that he did not pull out the wash machine or unhook the drain hose.(we do not provide that service) **** asked **** to help her push wash machine back in, which he said he did. Nothing
    more, nothing less he simply was asked a favor and provided a little muscle to help out.
    | (*** Cutter) have talked to ******************* a couple times and have been very forthright in that while I don't believe that Cutter Vac LLC has liability in this unfortunate situation that I would oblige whatever insurance company's adjusters determine. I have since instructed my insurance agent ******************* to contact our insurance company ***************** to also fill them in on the situation.
    I also contacted ***** from Service Master and asked him for a statement on his part of this which seems to contradict what the ****** say he said. I have attached his statement to this email.
