    To start off with which I knew must be a bad sign. My order delivery date was pushed back 2 different times during the initial delivery. I ordered the pre-cut film for my front 2 windows. I paid the additional price $11.95 for tru-cut and additional price $19.95 for NT ceramic.. when I received it the tint wasnt cut to size which I paid extra for and the quality of the film was cheap. I think they sent the lowest quality film they carry thinking no one can tell since its from online store. It had a couple of creases that wouldnt come out so I was unable to install. Very frustrating when reading positive reviews for the company when shopping around and then you receive your order and its not what was described extremely disappointing. I wouldnt recommend using this company at all.

When a problem comes up, we always do our best to make it right. But we need to be contacted in order to help.Looking into your order, we see it was for precut window tint for the front doors of a 2017 **** Explorer, with the Tru-Cut upgrade and ** Ceramic film. Our records confirm that the correct items were sent, cut to the specifications selected. The ** Ceramic film is one of our premium options and is the same material we supply to professional tint installers. We do not use or substitute lower-quality film.Regarding the delivery delays, the tracking history shows that *** experienced a delay due to operating conditions during transit. Although shipping carriers operate independently, we understand that delays are frustrating and we always try to keep customers informed when they occur.If any panels arrived creased or damaged in transit, or if there were any cutting issues, we would have gladly replaced the parts. All we ask is that customers reach out and give us a chance to help.Were still happy to make this right for you. Please contact us directly so we can assist you further.     On June 29, 2024, I ordered one roll of NT Ceramic Blk Tint at 70% thinking the higher percentage was the darkest but I was incorrect. I emailed the Northern Tint Company, and they explained the differences which I appreciated in the percentage of the darkest tint. I then requested to exchange the roll I received for the lower percentage but never receive an answer. I emailed three times requesting instructions and never heard from them. I already informed them I made the mistake myself but still they are not responding to my emails. I even try to call them, but I keep getting a busy signal. I'm not sure if the phone number is legit. The Customer Service Department is not responsive. If this is how the company runs the business, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND it to any of my friends and family. Their website states 30 days warranty. don't believe it. It seems it's a fraud statement. They do not warranty their products, especially the service. ORDER ID: **************

    Return information is posted on the website. Email replies were sent to every one of ****** emails. Also, when buying things online, PLEASE look at the pictures, look at the description, and if you don't understand what you're buying please ask questions BEFORE buying it. This item has pictures that show examples of the *** levels.

    Hello,We appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify what occurred with this order. The product in question was a roll of NT Ceramic tint in 70% ***, which the customer later acknowledged was not the shade they intended to purchase. Our **** listing includes both a written explanation and clear visual guides showing how *** percentages work. Higher percentages are lighter, and lower percentages are darker, a detail we highlight to help avoid confusion.After receiving the customers message, we promptly replied with a clear explanation of the *** scale and included instructions on how to initiate a return through eBays built-in return system. This is a standard and required process that protects both the buyer and the seller. After that, we did not receive any additional messages or return request submissions from the customer.We take customer support seriously and respond to all messages sent through ***** messaging system.

    Absolutely horrible company!!! Dont think for one second they will own up to any mistakes. This company makes no mistakes in their eyes! They are perfect and flawless! They will not admit when they ***** up! They will avoid all responsibility at all cost! They are rude and very unprofessional. ANYTIME theres an issue.it was the customers fault!! Every single time!! Look at their previous reviews! Horrible!! Not one happy customer lol. The workers that cut tint are lazy. Any tint company at this point would be better than these crooks. Lying crooks at that. Excuse after excusesWorst experience with a company to date. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Very rude and unprofessional. Trust meyou do NOT want to deal with these clowns. They will never own up to their mistakes!!! Ask them why its taking so long to ship and they will cancel your order without notice. They think they are the only tiny company in *******. Wellthey were wrong. If you want a good company that shows their customers respect and value then. Go to ********* ****** *****. They are hands down light years better than this joke of a company. Should have kept the threats to themselves!

Purchased 2 items through ****** June 29th, 2:00pm. **** sent a message with VLT shade requests.* Saturday, June 29th, 2:01pm. **** sent a message wanting us to confirm we've received his first message.* Saturday, June 29th, 10:46pm. **** sent a message "Hello????".* Saturday, June 29th, 10:47pm. **** sends another message "Please do t s**** this up. I made it very simple to understand. Thanks".** Sunday, June 30th, 8:11am. We reply to the above message "Thank you for your patience over this weekend while we were allowed to spend time with our families. You will receive a confirmation message regarding your requests once we have begun to process your custom, made-to-order, item.Thank you.* Saturday, June 29th, 10:48pm. **** sends another message "I want this sun shade 5% Please make sure you get my order correct. I dont want to have to return it. Thank you.** Sunday, June 30th, 8:12am. We reply to the above message "Would you just like to cancel your orders? We can do that for you. Thank you."* Sunday, June 30th, 9:21am. **** replies "NoI want it correct. Please do not threaten me about a cancellation. You dont want that. Just please get it right thats all Im asking. Its as simple as that. This is why Im making it really clear so there is no confusion. Thank you!"* Sunday, June 30th, 9:23am. **** sends another message "Go back and read again if need be. What ever it takes. Thanks again."* Sunday, June 30th, 9:59am. We send the following message to **** "You must have had some really bad experiences to be treating us like this. I'm sorry for whatever has happened to you in the past. Please don't treat us like we're in sped-*** We are not. All you're doing is making us really not want to work with you. You're being very unpleasant and it's not necessary."During this time we looked into the Feedback **** leaves for other sellers and notice that he leaves a large amount of negative feedback. He claims he never receives refunds. He complains about other sellers blocking him and that other sellers stop replying to him.We also call **** and speak with an **** seller rep and go through these messages and concerns and decide it would be best to just block ****, cancel his orders, and refund him to avoid any future issues with ****. **** instructed us on the exact procedure to block **** and cancel the orders, which automatically issues a refund.We never gave **** any excuses other than spending time with our families on a Saturday. **** never asked what's taking so long. He ordered on Saturday. A non-business day. **** sent several messages throughout Saturday and was replied to on Sunday morning (also a non-business day). Yes, we canceled Brads order. Because he has a bad attitude and has a bad history on **** as a buyer. We would rather cancel the order and refund him than deal with his problems later. We never stole his money. His refund is processed by **** and has been confirmed to be process*** His money was returned to him.Sometimes it better to just cancel and refund orders from people who are problems from the beginning. **** was one of these situations.

    Ordered online for 21 Tacoma had tint in hand within 5 days not counting the weekend. Ordered the true cut and it fit perfect they also sent 2 different sizes for the back window one for latch with cut out and one for electric without cut out.. Would definitely recommend and use again.. Great product and looks amazing!!!
