I sent toys to this company using their app "Sell My Toys" and they said they would pay $39 for them after they received and reviewed them. I sent them 9 Funko Pop toys in their boxes which, according to the app, would be worth around $39. I have the *** tracking number that shows they got the package I sent them and it arrived on 5/7/2025 by 10:05 am. I have yet to receive any communication from them for anything. They haven't even said if the toys weren't worth anything. In which case, I want them back. I have included screenshots of their last email and the notice I received from ***. Please help me either get paid or get my items back.

These transactions started back in February and went in for about a month. They ask you to use an app for a quote and review it and agree to finalize it. But the problem is they don't uphold it. At all. According to my calculations they are about 4000$ off. And on top of that I am seeing them sell the toys I sold them for 100s of dollars more than they bought them off me for. They where very rude in offering me a 100$ to make up for it. And I think it is against the law for them not to uphold there quote from the get go. Especially since they had me finalize it. I sent a very large collection. And as time went on they started paying me less and less. I tried to address the issues from. The get go. But they acknowledged it but then never brought it up again. And even if I was to refuse there low ball offers id have to pay to ship it back witch was hundreds of dollars in the end just to get it there. And I feel like they didn't pay me for all of them cause one sheet they sent me says 1546 but the one they said paid out was only 899.
