  This is my 2nd review on this business, initially I stated that this was a good business for all your concrete need on 8/14/2023, and Luis communication was excellent, I would like to retract most of that review. My concrete it self was good, but after the project was finished it created a grading issue with standing water in the area which I did not know until it rained. So I sent pics to Luis and he came back to my home to go over a solution to the problem, he stated to me that he would fix the problem, I have several emails, phone and video of him tell me so. After three weeks of him telling me he’s on his way to fix the problem, so I thought!, my frustrations grew after staying home all day or leavening work early only to be disappointed by him never showing up but once out of several times of him being on his way, again never showing up. So this past Friday his dad gets involved, comes by my house long story short tells me it’s not there expertise to fix the grading, which I did not know until then, but yet he agree to do some grading by my garage, so the bottom line was to disregard his son’s word on telling me he’ll fix it. Saturday the concrete division come by unexpectedly because I was told by Jose,? Luis dad that they would come by next week with the excavator to do some grading by the garage, but instead came by with a pick axe and shovel type tool and did a small grading area by my garage, that’s extremely unsatisfactory. Luis was deceptive and didn’t keep his word on fixing the issue, so because of this bad experience on the backend of the concrete project, I would not recommend this business, I’m exploring other options on taking further action.
