    Worst service and experience ever with a automotive car business, spent $2695.00 for them to put on a head gasket, car ran for 27 days, over heated, pushed car back to Franklin Automotive, they kept car for another month and 2 weeks, then said could not fix after no phone call or update in that time period. They did not offer any type of % refund or anything, they just said come remove your car, nothing we can do.$2695.00 down the drain and no car to drive. I hope this never happens to anyone, stay away from Franklin Automotive and Restoration at **************************

    Plain and simple this person drove the vehicle for a month with no problems. The cooling fan failed and he drove it till it quit running. We took a video of the vehicle inspection an hour after he pushed it in to the shop after driving it while overheating which he admitted to me and documenting that the engine temperature was 254 degrees! He got it so hot it melted the plastic neck on the radiator! He clearly voided any warranty and was told that. I later found out this is not even his car, the owner came in and was very nice and understood the situation and agreed with me that he was at fault for driving it till it quit. He shared with me that this is not the first time it happened. There is a reason the red light on the dash is called an idiot light, I fix a lot of things but I can"t fix stupid. Respectfully, *****
