This company is as fraudulent as the contractors they have contracts with. They have been notified twice that their rolloff dumpster remains on my private property for 4 months now. There response is the contractor says he is still working or needs it. The job lasted 3 weeks and was completed in May. They were contacted in July and September with the same response. They have been notified that the insurance claim as been paid and how the contractor is attempting to defraud the consumer. They are also aware of a fraudulent lien in which their costs are tied in with siding. The siding has already been paid for and I am in no contract with this company. A reputable company would demand the contractor pay and remove the dumpster which has now been referred to sanitation as a nuisance by the neighbors. It will be ticketed and removed in which they have also been notified. The contractor will not submit said lien and up next will be litigation. I assume this company is okay with being reviewed for their part as well as the drunken workers he hired. At what point does this company think they will not have any involvement in the court proceedings? What will you say? He said he was still working and I figure that would not be a prudent answer in the court of law.. All documents will be reviewed even the contract with the contractor and this company. So if the contractor stating an item is still in use for a siding and gutter job that one has been paid for over 4 months ago doesn't appear as if you are also being defrauded, then I have no remorse for my attorney's chosen next course of action. How long does a reputable company leave their items...60 days max. These people are despicable and dumb as the day is long.
