    e-vergent is installing underground fiber cable in our subdivision. The e-vergent crew bored under my drive way and cracked 1 square of my drive way and damaged my lawn. I contacted **** ****** at e-vergent and he is refusing to repair the damaged caused by his crews. **** stated that his crew has a picture of the crack taken on OCT. 1 at 11:23. My wife ******** came home at 11:40 on Oct 1 and no e-vergent crews were working on our street. So **** Claims that his e-vergent crew took a picture of the crack in my driveway , set up their drill rig, bored in several hundred feet of cable , took down their drill rig and cleaned up all in 17 MINUTES. Also we have a car for sale covering that square , they just happened to take a picture under the car ? I have complained about the poor work habits of the e-vergent crew working on our subdivision to our ******************** e-vergent crews have damaged other residents drive ways and lawns , blocked their drive ways and left excavations open that are unsafe for residents. I would respectfully request that e-vergent repair the damaged concrete drive way and repair the damage to my lawn.Respectfully ****** *****

    Eugene had called into e-vergent support on 9/18/24 and stated that he had video taped every square of his drive way. He also stated if we damage his driveway during our construction we will be paying for a new driveway. This interaction with him before we even began construction on his road led us to take pictures of his driveway before we drilled underneath of it. We documented the crack below his truck prior to drilling. Our construction supervisor was interacting with a village official before and after the boring crossed Eugene's driveway with time stamps. We have GPS coordinates from our vehicles on the street all day. We were certainly working there after 11:40am.

    I met with Eugene yesterday 10/8/24 at his home and asked him to produce the video that he said he took on 9/18/24 of this driveway square prior to our construction. He could or would not produce it. This leads me to believe that his claim was premeditated and he is looking for free work to be performed. 

    With the evidence we have prior to construction and his failure to produce his own evidence that he claimed he had, e-vergent will not be fixing this driveway.
