    My daughters case manager ** refused to send me progress reports and lied to my insurance company during monthly meetings to continue to get funding and to advance my daughter through their program. This included covering up incidents of violence by my daughter. ** covered up my daughter assaulting staff and threatening peers. ** neglected to report that my daughter was on suicide/homicide precautions to give insurance the impression that I was unwilling to talk discharge so they could keep their program status looking good. ** along with her supervisor AL tried to trick me into taking my daughter on a week long home visit after we just had a failed home visit with no safety plan to force discharge then accused me of wanting to abandon her at their facility. The weekend supervisor DA badgered me at a drop off about needing to get on board with discharge when she couldnt even keep locked medication safe. My daughter stole and overdosed on ibuprofen under her supervision. She also has no authority over discharge readiness. The therapist ** claimed to be doing trauma therapy but after 2 weeks there was never any mention of trauma work. MF never backed us up when we would question our daughter on inappropriate behaviors or try to resolve situations. She would often just sit back and ignore the situation. Northwest Passage collected $377,000 from our insurance and our daughter was forcibly returned home worse than when she left because ** and MF trained her to lie us. We were forced to file a police report for assault 3 weeks before discharge because she assaulted her sister. Instead of helping us find a safe solution ** and ** told her that we hated her and did this to sabotage her discharge.
