    They don't stand behind there warranty. At the first chance they will avoid it. They had to replace a faulty sump pump and voided my entire warranty. I would go with a different company that stands behind their products and work. This place seemed respectable but are very shady.

    Unhappy with the service provided by this company.
    During the bid service they recommended several times to have the sump pump drains above ground rather than buried as they had been. Them being the experts I went with what they were saying.
    The sump pumps are very loud and were not set to drain water correctly. The connections on the outside sprayed half the water back at the house and were blue plastic, expanding when water runs, which are subject to freezing in winter. I would think a professional company would know this and not install in WI.
    I called them back and they did adjust the pumps but stated there is nothing they can do with the noise. They changed the outside drains to PVC with extensions which look terrible and are a tripping hazard.
    I again made known my concerns and basically was given another bid for $2550.00 to bury the sump pump lines after the initial price of $11,957.00 for the repair. I felt this was just a slap in the face after being advised not to bury the lines which should have been done in the first place. I did try to compromise and suggested that the cost be split but was told that is the price-thank you-here is the third copy of the bill in three day.
    I will remain an unhappy customer and will not recommend this company to anyone.
