I contacted **** 2 weeks ago about installing interior doors. He said he loves to install doors. I asked if he would come over to give me an estimate. He said dont need to look at job or take measurements. I charge a flat rate of $185 per door. I said ok you are hired. He said order all the doors and hardware. Call him when I have all the materials. On August 15th I called him to let him know I have everything. He said Ill start tomorrow morning. I started ro give my address and he said I dont go to ******* its too far for him. I said why didnt you tell me this before I ordered **** of doors. He said he should but now I am stuck. I told him I would pay his travel time. He said no. He wont drive 30 minutes in traffic to my house. He had no concern that he stuck me with this because he decided its too far to drive. Do not trust to do a job. Why would you leave someone hanging after I bought 17 doors on his ok. Do not hire this guy. Will leave you hanging if there is a problem. He doesnt care about his customers. Definitely is not trustworthy.. what a trrrible experience for anyone to have! If I could give him a 0 stars I would.

I did work with him via phone calls and my prices. At no point during any time did he tell me his location. Yesterday he said doors and etc came in. I asked him for an address and he said *******. I told him I dont work that zone or area and never will as its to far for me to travel. I DO have zones set up on my sites Angieslist etc on where I travel and service customers. He got really mad and hung up on me before we could resolve the issue and meet in the middle for a compromise for my travel time and gas. I do feel sorry that he wasnt able to control his temper and try a bit harder to come to a resolution before hanging up on me. Again I do not work the ******* area and I do wish we could have resolved this in a grown up manner. Thanks Todds Carpentry
