    Prices are constantly going up don't explain why and if they try, they don't know my truck was hit by a drunk driver. I was not in it, and was told even though I'm not at fault a claim is a claim. My rates will go up even though I have the accident forgiveness on my policy, they do not call back. Communication is horrible. I feel I'm overpaying a company that doesn't want to do their job.

    I have reviewed the notes for each one of your phone calls. We did explain to you why rates are increasing with every insurance company. You do have accident forgiveness and your rates will not be affected by this accident. My office has been in constant communication with you over the last few weeks and all of this information was communicated to you. Please call my office if you would like to discuss further.
