    On March 23rd I hired them to move some furniture from my basement to the upstairs living room. They brought the pieces of the couch up and instead of placing it on the carpet they put it on my hard wood floor. One of the employees pushed the pieces out of his was stretching my bamboo flooring. I have been contacting them through email and they will not call me back.

    On November 18, College Hunks moved me from ******************** in hartland Wi to **************************************************** Wi. While the workers were moving furniture, they broke a glass glass tabletop with a replacement value of approximately $250. The guy that was doing the moving confirmed that a case had been filed #*******. The contacts name was ****. I have called several times and left several messages and texts which have been completely ignored. No matter what number you call, you receive the same call center which is obviously outsourced since the English is so poor you cant understand them and they wouldnt tell you where they are located and there is no supervisor to talk to. The response is they will send an urgent message to the local office. The number they give me is the same number for this **** person who does not respond.

    Date of transaction was 8-30-2024 Total amount paid to College Hunks $1,421.00 I hired College Hunks of ********** to move some of my belongings from one residence to another. To start the process the movers were scheduled to start my move around 130pm. I was called to be told they would not arrive until 530pm due to shortages of employees that day. Which was a little frustrating but not the end of the world. The problem occurred when the movers did make it to start they rushed through the move not doing what I was told would be done. I was told by a representative that I dealt with that they would wrap my belongings in moving blankets to protect my belongings during the move. This is also said on their website. They did not have any blankets or any equipment to do so. I was told their normal truck broke down that day so they had to rent a truck to do the move. Which would of been fine if they had the proper equipment to protect my furniture. But they did not, which resulted in a large hole in the back of my living room couch, damage all over my kitchen table and chairs. Damage to bedroom furniture, etc. I was also told by the guy in charge of the moving crew that he and his crew did not work for College Hunks. He owned his own private moving company and answered an ad that morning from College Hunks to do a couple of jobs that day. They were contacted to disassemble my furniture and reassemble at my new residence. They did not do this as he told me they did not have the tools to do so. So I did it. Which was not the biggest deal but again was not what I paid to have done. A lot of the problems I dealt with were not the end of the world as I understand nothing goes perfect to plan. But the fact that they damaged my belongings and will not own up to a solution is not acceptable in my eyes. They did offer me $299 to be credited back to my credit card. Which I do not believe to be a fair amount with what was damaged.

    Hired company to pack, store, and move my belongings into my new rental. Pack onto truck and stored my things June 10th, 2024. I was already concerned as they were packing without wrapping and cramming into truck, I stopped them numerous times to have them wrap furniture. They delivered my things July 25th. As they unloaded there were numerous problems. My box spring and mattress had black all over the sides from laying in dirty area, two lamp shades were broke, I had a yellow shelve cracked, couch had dirt, tv covered in grease. I resolved with *** these claims. However, I have a Balsam Hills prelit Christmas tree that costs over ***** dollars but is still available to purchase. Ttree comes in 3 sectionsl, arge middle section lights not working and the limbs were bent out of shape. I filed a claim for this with the company. I received many emails from company called ************************* no phone number, no address. I explained how the tree is a quality tree with prelit over 900 lights that are special in the fact they are attached to tree, have a master bulb and designed to prevent overheating and fires. I have tried to answer all claims questions I called Balsam tested fuses, main bulb and am told it is the wiring. Company does not sell a section of the tree. I agreed to have claims send an "electrician to try and solve problem" as they requested, I get vague responses and don't hear from anyone for weeks. I have requested they first try and fix and them if they are not able to fix to order a new tree. At one point they insinuated I could use the tree with only half lit. I have been reasonable letting them try and repair first but to date have not sent anyone out or contacted me to arrange electrician. I have contacted Mr **** ********* the owner however, he had family emergencies and not been available. 2 months and I am no closer to getting resolution.
