    Dawn overcharged us for her services, packed poorly and upon arriving at our location damaged items. She is a con artist targeting seniors. Used 2nd boxes and charged us for new ones. Instead of taking marked items to an auctioneer she suggested, she just said items to Goodwill and charged us $500! Recommended Stevens Moving Co and they ripped us off too. Dawn is very slick and can’t be trusted!

    ****, I am very sorry you feel this way. I have been in business for 23 years and have put my heart and soul into this business. I explained that my boxes were used and the charges were for used boxes, new ones would have cost much more. I responded to every question or message from you in a very timely manner, came and provided a free consultation twice to make sure things went smoothly. ******* van lines is a reputable mover. The moving world can be unpredictable and there are many moving parts. You were told many times by the mover that the estimate was just that and that final charges would be based on actual weight. The $500 for hauling items to donation covered our truck rental and time. Items were sent to auction and as I explained, the auction process takes 2-3 months until you receive payment. You were able to leave West Bend with a full house, Segues packed you, supervised the loading of the moving truck and cleared out your property and then cleaned it. This allowed a smooth transition for you and closing on your home.
