  I recently purchased windows through this company and was very disappointed with the misrepresentation of information when it came to financing the project. I would tell anyone considering to stay away or make sure the sales team explain thoroughly all details of the contract. Let me explain.... Window World will given a presentation and everything will look great. Then when the conversation is focused pricing and financing many of the details are not clearly defined. The approval for finance was not a problem it was done through a tablet so you don't see all the details. After the sales person which I believe was manager left my home within two week I received a Window World credit card through ****************. I was lost because I thought that this was an installment loan like most vendors conduct transaction. Make a horrible experience short, the window were installed and this credit card was charged to the max limit which resulted in my credit score dropping 40 points and my overall credit card utilization is now 62% which make trying to get anything else from a credit perspective looks bad. I called **************** to get clarity on their finance options and after that call **************** contacted Window World to relay an untruth about me disputing the charges. So I guess a consumer should question how business practices by vendors are done because that will result to an assumption that payment will not be made. (Smh). Window World call to inform me about a false dispute about payment that I didn't make and now asking me to sign a different contract because the original contract was not disclosed at the time of signing so Window World needs to get paid by **********. In conclusion Window World DID NOT SHOW THAT CONTRACT TO ME INDICATING THAT I WAS GETTING A CREDIT CARD. WINDOW WORLD IS ALL ABOUT SELLING PRODUCT AND THE CONCUMER IS NOT THE FOCUS. MY ADVICE, CHECK WITH OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE USING WINDOW WORLD. I'M GETTING A HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT TO SETTLE THIS MESS!

  We are very happy with the product, installation and service that we received from Window World! The salesman was great to work with. The communication and instructions concerning the installation were excellent. The installation for 7 windows was completed in less than 5 hours and they left our house cleaner than they found it. The windows look beautiful and are so easy to clean! We would definitely recommend this company! Thank you Window World!

  Kind of a mixed bag here. I had them install windows on 2 occasions at my home. Here is a quick overview of my experience. Pros - Inexpensive windows, quick install, good sales department. Cons - Use contractors for install, do not stand by their product, 1 year warranty on install, contractors miss things on install. My first install was pretty good the first day. The workers arrived and removed and installed 4 of the 6 windows being replaced. Pretty nice experience. On day 2 only 1 worker was able to work as the helper was unable to work. He showed up, and was too hung over/on drugs, and couldn't work. The two workers argued and eventually the one that was here did the install, and I helped. Unfortunately, he missed sealing the exterior of some of the windows, and I did not know until winter, and there was cold air pouring in. They came out, inspected, and sealed properly. The second install was a large picture window, a larger kitchen window, and a bathroom window. The kitchen window was cut out, and the installer left gaps in the top and bottom of the window at 4 places. I pointed this out, and was told if we had any issues they would come out and fix it. I now have ants coming in through those gaps, and they told me the ants were Carpenter ants (incorrect), and that I would have to hire an exterminator on my dime. The exterminator has identified the ants as grease ants, and confirmed that the ants are coming in the gap left by the contractor. WW has not offered to fix their poor install. I also had to replace 1 of the Sash's this year, and the new one does not fit correctly. When I unlock the window, the sash falls and has to be pushed up in order to re-lock.
