The work that was discussed during the signing of the contract did not get done correctly. I found it hard to believe the owner didn't call me and verify the changes. They added a step by our gate that no one discussed with me, and I watched the whole process. One worker actually grabbed something from the inside of my garage and walked out to show another worker what he found. He put it back. I didn't know I had to babysit them. He also at one point grabbed our lawn chair and sat on it in the yard. I'm glad I was able to see all this. I clearly will not refer this company to anyone I know

Regarding the work: when the crew got there, Mrs was asked if the sidewalk comes out also. She said yes it does. By the time Mr got home, the walk was already out and he was upset. There was a misunderstanding here. Mrs later recanted her answer. I asked for a compromise in which both parties agreed on. The job continued and finished and it turned out very nice, as he told ** in an email. This customer paid ** in full upon completion. Regarding the comment I watched the whole process. Its hard to understand the complaints and why he wouldnt speak up when he watched the whole process
