    SCAM!!!! Ordered products back in October 2021 about $200 worth for 5 children never received anything same as everyone else tried to reach out no help no refund website deleted fake tracking

    Ordered back in Sept 2021. Realized I never recieved it. Cannot file a complaint through Shop app because I never received an "Order Confirmation URL". Guess I have to eat the cost?

    Ordered for my sister who had a stroke. Told it was in the mail. After several queries, requested a refund several times to no avail.
